Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a critical role in generating demand and qualifying leads for our sales and estimating teams. You'll help us build a steady pipeline of contractors, developers, and project owners ready to explore our PEMB solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new construction opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, and lead platforms

  • Engage directly with decision-makers to assess needs, project timelines, and fit

  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and project viability

  • Educate prospects on PEMB benefits, including speed, cost efficiency, and structural flexibility

  • Set qualified appointments for senior sales consultants or regional managers

  • Track and manage leads in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve messaging, outreach, and lead quality

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in sales development, inside sales, or construction lead generation

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn)

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented

  • Familiarity with construction or industrial sales is a plus

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with general contractors, developers, or real estate owners

  • Understanding of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) or Division 13 construction

  • Exposure to estimating workflows or construction project software
