We’re looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) and Division 13 construction sector. You’ll manage a growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), set strategy, drive performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success from sale to build.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor the SDR team and other sales staff to achieve sales goals

  • Develop and execute strategies tailored to steel building and construction sales

  • Oversee lead qualification, pipeline performance, and deal progression

  • Align sales activity with product timelines, availability, and pricing

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting tactics as needed

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and project teams

  • Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews

  • Manage high-level client relationships and negotiate complex deals

  • Ensure CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) usage is accurate and supports forecasting

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience as a Sales Manager or similar role

  • Industry knowledge in construction, manufacturing, or PEMB is strongly preferred

  • Deep understanding of the construction supply chain and building erection workflows

  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching abilities

  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in CRM tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Work Environment

  • On-site position based in Indiana (no remote or hybrid)

  • Standard business hours, Monday–Friday

  • Occasional travel to partner or client meetings
