We’re seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects from contract through completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives on accountability, coordination, and execution. You'll manage all aspects of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, material logistics, and on-site performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the project lifecycle — from pre-construction planning through close-out

  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and crews for optimal sequencing and efficiency

  • Manage PEMB deliveries, site logistics, and material readiness

  • Lead site meetings, maintain safety compliance, and ensure adherence to scope

  • Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines

  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to keep everyone aligned

  • Track costs, manage change orders, and support budget control

  • Utilize project management software to maintain records and daily logs

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Superintendent

  • Strong understanding of PEMB systems, erection workflows, and site safety standards

  • Skilled in scheduling, subcontractor management, and issue resolution

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools)

  • OSHA certification or construction safety knowledge preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

Work Environment

  • In-office role with field/site visits as needed

  • Based in Indiana – no remote or hybrid

  • Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility for site demands

  • Some regional travel may be required for site inspections or subcontractor meetings
