Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Erect pre-engineered steel buildings safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

• Use tools to align, bolt, and secure steel components

• Operate drills, impact wrenches, lifts, and other site equipment

• Ensure proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity

• Follow OSHA and Centex Solutions safety protocols

• Communicate clearly with your team and supervisors

• Work at heights and travel to job sites as needed

Requirements:

• Construction or steel building experience (required)

• Ability to travel for extended out-of-town projects

• Comfortable working at heights

• Must own essential tools, including:

  • Spud & adjustable wrenches

  • Torque wrench, level, drill, tape measure, impact wrench

  • Chalk line, tool belt & pouches

• Steel/composite toe PPE boots

• Valid REAL ID driver’s license or passport for commercial travel

• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
