We're looking for a sharp, solutions-oriented Systems & Software Administrator to keep our internal operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the backbone of our tech stack — managing tools, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every team member has seamless access to the systems they need.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and manage employee accounts, system access, and permissions

  • Administer core platforms including our CRM, CECO portal, Slack, Google Drive, and more

  • Provide real-time tech support and issue resolution for day-to-day team operations

  • Own tech onboarding and offboarding for all employees

  • Monitor, optimize, and automate internal workflows for peak efficiency

  • Serve as the central contact for all system updates, outages, and integrations

  • Identify opportunities for tool improvements and system consolidation

  • Collaborate with leadership to align tech solutions with business growth goals

What You Bring

  • Experience in systems administration, IT support, or SaaS platform management

  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and integrations (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation habits

  • Ability to train and support non-technical users with clarity and patience

  • Proactive mindset — always looking to streamline and improve

  • Bonus: Experience in construction, real estate, or operations-heavy industries

Work Environment

  • Based in-office (Indiana) — this is not a remote or hybrid role

  • Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
